Texas stars banged up

After hitting his 32nd HR on Wednesday, Adrián Béltre (3B, TEX) landed awkwardly on his left shoulder making a diving stop and had to leave Wednesday's contest. It was diagnosed as a shoulder strain after the game, and we was sent out for a precautionary MRI that came back clean. While Beltre was not in the initial lineup, he talked his way into the DH slot on Thursday and it looks like the Rangers and fantasy owners escaped harm. Beltre has been on fire since August 1, with a 1.084 OPS and 14 HR in his last 40 games.
