HOU catching outlook firms up for AL debut

Jason Castro (C, HOU) is ending 2012 on high note, as his two HR vs. MIL on Friday give him three over the last four games.  Even after beginning 2012 in a virtual job-share with veteran Chris Snyder (C, HOU), and then missing more than five weeks with knee problems, Castro has shown enough growth to claim the starting job entering 2013. Castro showcased his fine patience with an 11% bb% in 245 AB.  But he also hiked his BA/xBA combo to .261/.264, while flashing league average power (101 PX) for the first time—and at age 25, more growth can't be ruled out.  He's not an elite C option, and there might be knee surgery in his off-season plans, but Castro is a decent #2...
