BHQ take: When you look at the Nats' available options after their big five and consider that Gio González is under investigation, the possibility that Garcia could get some starts cannot be dismissed. If that happens, he might have a better chance at success than you might think at first glance. He struck out 15 (versus 2 walks) in 11 innings in September 2012. Don't expect that kind of performance...
