BHQ take: Just as Ryan Howard seemed to be getting on a roll—173 PX over the last month—his knee has flared up and could sideline him for an extended period. Darin Ruf has been called up from Triple-A, but unlike his breakout 2012 minor league season, his performance at Lehigh Valley has been at best pedestrian....
