BHQ take: Probably a good move, as Rosenthal only had three starts at the Triple-A level, and he averaged around 5 IP per start (and 1 CG total) in his minors career. We now project his PT to be 2% SP plus 4% RP. However, the article says Rosenthal was getting behind in the count during his spring training outings, so if he doesn't...
