BHQ take: Straily is expected to be recalled when OAK needs a fifth starter in early July, so this isn't a big setback for Straily owners. Straily's main issue this year has been pitching with runners on—his 59% strand rate is remarkably low. This is the kind of stat that should normalize, and all his other peripherals are solid; Straily is a good bet to rebound upon his return to the A's in July.  —Rod Truesdell
