BHQ take: Chen replaces fellow LHP T.J.House in CLE's rotation. House is on the DL with left shoulder inflammation. RH reliever Anthony Swarzak was DFA to clear roster space for Chen. Journeyman Chen never has recorded a sub-4.35 xERA, so he warrants avoidance in all formats. His career 4.66 xERA in 1,174 innings is virtually identical to his career 4.67 ERA.   —Tom Kephart
