Cardinals | Alex Reyes has partial tear
Updating a previous report, St. Louis Cardinals SP Alex Reyes (elbow) is dealing with a partial tear of the ulnar collateral ligament in his elbow. He will seek a second opinion on the injury, but season-ending Tommy John surgery is expected, according to a source.  Source: ESPN.com
 
BHQ take: The news for the Cards and Reyes couldn't have been much worse; however, the Cards do appear to have at least three candidates for the last two spots in their rotation even without Reyes. Michael Wacha looked very promising in 2014 and 2015, but 2016 was a disaster, at least on...
