Los Angeles Dodgers OF Carl Crawford (hamstring) was held out of the lineup with a hamstring issue for precautionary reasons Monday, Sept. 14, and he's unlikely to start again until at least Friday, Sept. 18, because the Colorado Rockies are starting left-handed pitchers in the final two games of the series this week.  Source: The Associated Press
