His 6.58 ERA/5.68 xERA, 3.1 Dom and 2.1 hr/9 over his most recent 26 IP—and 4.75 ERA, 4.6 Dom YTD—are reflective of diminished velocity that doesn't fool MLB hitters with any consistency.
