BHQ take: Despite a strong 113 BPV and 3.78 xERA, Wood's 5.59 ERA is the likely culprit for his removal from the rotation. His 2.2 HR/9 has been problematic. Fellow soft-tossing LHP Wada registered an unimpressive 46%/23% PQS-DOM/DIS in 13 starts for CHC in 2014.
