Dodgers | Kenley Jansen to rejoin team
Los Angeles Dodgers RHP Kenley Jansen (heart) will rejoin the team for their series with the Cincinnati Reds starting Monday, Sept. 10. Jansen was not with the club for their series in Colorado due to concerns with the altitude relating to an irregular heartbeat.  Source: The Associated Press

BHQ take: The concerns have been described as precautionary, and Jansen projects to slide back into his closer role immediately. No change to the projections; Kenta Maeda and Scott Alexander remain the best bets for backup ninth inning work if there’s a need.   —Jock Thompson
