Updating a previous report, Texas Rangers OF Josh Hamilton (hamstring) was officially placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left hamstring Thursday, June 4. The DL stint is retroactive to Monday, June 1.  Source: MLB.com

His OF at-bats will be spread among several players, mainly current regulars Leonys Martin and Delino DeShields and, upon their return from rehab, Ryan Rua and Kyle Blanks.
