Rays | Kevin Kiermaier back Tuesday?
Updating a previous report, Tampa Bay Rays OF Kevin Kiermaier (thumb) will work out with the Rays Monday, June 18. If he is able to endure his pregame workout then he is expected to be activated from the disabled list Tuesday, June 19.  Source: Tampa Bay Times - Marc Topkin
 
BHQ take: Kiermaier hit the DL in mid-April with a torn thumb ligment, and did survive his workout so he is leading off in the June 19 lineup. This is his third straight season with a significant loss of playing time due to injury, so his current “D” Health Grade should be a consideration for 2018...
