BHQ take: Southpaw Mike Montgomery has been announced as the starter for Lackey's next rotation turn, though RHP Trevor Cahill hurled five scoreless innings as a spot starter in his Aug. 16 return from the DL. Cahill could be a candidate for future rotation turns. Montgomery has a 109 BPV and sub-3.30 xERA in 70 IP. He made two starts for SEA before being acquired by CHC in a mid-season trade.
