BHQ take: The news that the Marlins have cut ties with Straily, along with earlier news that Wei-Yin Chen was being moved to the bullpen, means that the Marlins will be going with four youngsters in their pitching rotation. All have some experience starting in the majors with Trevor Richards' 25 starts the most. Richards had a 4.36 xERA over those starts and is projected to improve only slightly in 2019.
