NEWS: Los Angeles placed third baseman Anthony Rendon and outfielder Jo Adell on the 10-day IL.

BHQ SPIN: Rendon (-15%) once again hits the IL—this time, it’s due to a shin contusion which he’s been dealing with since Independence Day. In his absence, Eduardo Escobar (+10%) will vacate his role as a utility man to take over at the hot corner on an everyday basis. Adell (-10%) landed on the IL with a strained left oblique, so he’ll miss the next few weeks, opening up PT in the outfield to allow Hunter Renfore to shift back to right field and for Mike Moustakas (+10%) to take Renfroe’s spot at first base. The team also sent David Fletcher (-25%) back to the minors, opening up shortstop...
