BHQ take: In somewhat of a surprise, Treinen was selected to start the season as Washington's closer rather than Shawn Kelley or Koda Glover. Treinen joined Washington mid-season in 2014 and followed a decent rookie season with two solid seasons as essentially the Nationals' seventh-inning guy. His xERA in 2015 and 2016 were 3.24 and 3.32, respectively, and his Dom and Cmd were essentially the same both seasons: 8.5 and 8.6...
