BHQ take: Greene will almost certainly become Atlanta’s closer. He hasn’t pitched as well as his 1.18 ERA would indicate, but his xERA of 3.53, his Dom of 10.2, his Cmd of 3.6 and his BPV of 139, all indicate he can handle the job. Luke Jackson’s hold on the closer job had steadily been eroding over the last month. His ERA over the last month was 7.00 and his xERA was 4.88, and those numbers don’t include another poor performance July...
