Rays | Matt Moore to have TJS, miss rest of year
Tampa Bay Rays SP Matt Moore (elbow) has decided to undergo Tommy John surgery, and he'll miss around a full year. The pain he felt during his throwing session Monday, April 14, made it clear to him that he needed to have the operation.
