Boston Red Sox LHP Chris Sale (shoulder) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Saturday, Aug. 18, because of mild left shoulder inflammation. The team also recalled RHP Brandon Workman from Class AAA Pawtucket.  Source: MLBRosterMoves
