NEWS: The Dodgers recalled RHP Ryan Pepiot to make the start against Arizona on Wednesday, August 30 and designated RHP Tyson Miller for assignment in a corresponding move.

BHQ SPIN: Pepiot has been very effective (14 IP, 1.29 ERA, 0.71 WHIP, 23% K-BB%) in his three appearances in August after missing the first four months of the season with an oblique strain. With Tony Gonsolin set for Tommy John surgery and the Dodgers having a commanding lead in the NL West, Pepiot should have a chance to stick in the Dodgers rotation over the last month of the season as the Dodgers will likely manage the workload of their other starting pitchers, particularly LHP Clayton Kershaw and LHP Julio...
