Diamondbacks | Jake Lamb going to disabled list
Arizona Diamondbacks 3B Jake Lamb (shoulder) is being placed on the 10-day disabled list with an AC joint sprain in his left shoulder. RHP Matt D. Koch will take Lamb's place on the active roster.  Source: MLB.com - Steve Gilbert
