Reds | Homer Bailey has torn UCL
Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Reds SP Homer Bailey (elbow) has been diagnosed with a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow and will undergo Tommy John surgery. He's expected to return during the 2016 season. Dr. Timothy Kremchek will perform the surgery.  Source: MLB.com
