Nationals | Max Scherzer cashes in with Nats
Updating earlier reports, free-agent SP Max Scherzer (Tigers) agreed to a seven-year, $210 million deal with the Washington Nationals, according to FOXSports.com's Ken Rosenthal. The total value will be less than that, though, as half of the money is deferred.  Source: CBSSports.com - Jon Heyman

BHQ take: Max Scherzer heads to Washington and joins what may be baseball's best rotation. Consistent- check; his xERA has varied from 3.16 to 3.35 over the past three years. Dominant - you bet; 10.1 to 11.1 over the last three years....

Almost!
