BHQ take: Rookie Skaggs wasn't setting the pitching world on fire, but his 4.34/3.69 ERA/xERA combo, 2.4 Cmd, 52% GB%, and ability to go at least six innings in nine of his 11 starts were all encouraging signs for the 22-year-old. No PT upgrade for Santiago, given that we were expecting his return at some point thanks to the limited LAA rotation...
