BHQ take: At first glance, Tapia seems destined to be Toronto’s fourth outfielder. However, at a closer look, Tapia becomes one of the few left handed hitters on the Blue Jays. That and the availability of the DH likely means he will get plenty of playing time. Tapia is coming off back-to-back $20 rotisserie seasons primarily on the strength of stolen bases.
