NEWS: San Diego activated IF/OF Fernando Tatis Jr. from his PED suspension and optioned IF/OF Brandon Dixon to Triple-A El Paso.

BHQ SPIN: Tatis makes his long-awaited return to the Padres lineup after missing the entire 2022 season and the first 20 games of the 2023 due to injury and an 80-game PED suspension, getting the start in RF and leading off in his 2023 debut.  Tatis destroyed Triple-A pitching in his eight-game rehab stint at Triple-A El Paso (7 HR, .515/.590/1.212 in 33 AB), providing some very initial alleviation of concerns about the impact of wrist and shoulder surgeries on his power.  We believe Tatis will start in RF most nights, but will also see some time at DH in...
