| BHQ take: Toussaint returns after just under two weeks in the minors. With the Braves earlier in 2019, he made two appearances. In the first, Toussaint was excellent. He threw six innings in relief, allowing four hits, two walks and no earned runs while striking out seven. That earned him a start which, to say the least, did not go well.
