Philadelphia Phillies SP Vincent Velasquez (biceps) is expected to be activated from the disabled list Monday, June 27, to start against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Velasquez and agent Scott Boras have had discussions about a possible innings limit this season, although it is uncertain if Boras had spoken to the club about this issue.
