The Cardinals also placed C Yadier Molina (thumb) on the 10-day IL with a right thumb tendon strain - retroactive to July 8 - transferred RP Jordan Hicks (elbow) from the 10-day IL to the 60-day IL and optioned 1B/OF Rangel Ravelo and RP Tyler Webb to Class AAA Memphis.
