NEWS: San Francisco placed RHP Randy Rodríguez on the 15-day IL with a sprained right elbow and recalled RHP Keaton Winn from the minors.

It’s a disappointing potential end to a breakout campaign that saw Rodríguez elected to the All-Star game.
