NEWS: Baltimore reinstated 2B/3B Jordan Westburg and 3B Ramón Urías from the 10-day IL and optioned IF Livan Soto and OF Daniel Johnson to AAA-Norfolk.

BHQ SPIN: Baltimore added two reinforcements to its infield, reinstating Westburg, who had been sidelined since August 1 due to a broken hand, and Urías, who had been sidelined since September 1 due to a sprained ankle, from the IL.
