NEWS: Chicago placed 3B Yoán Moncada on the injured list and recalled OF Oscar Colás.

BHQ SPIN: We now have a timetable for Moncada’s return from a left adductor strain and it doesn’t look promising. The team officially is saying 3 to 6 months, which would put Moncada back around the All-Star break at the earliest. Moncada joins teammates Luis Robert Jr. and Eloy Jiménez on the IL. After taking 10% of playing time from Moncada on Wednesday, we’re taking another 45% on this news. Lenyn Sosa, who got the start at 3B on Wednesday night, will get another 30% jump in playing time.
