NEWS: The Yankees have activated OF Aaron Judge (stress fracture in right rib) from the 60-day injured list in advance of the team’s September 8 game.
IMPACT: High
BHQ SPIN: Judge will end up having lost just over three months to his injury. While there is a risk of reinjury — Judge is under orders to think twice before trying to make any sort of diving catch — fantasy managers no doubt will get Judge right back into their lineups and hope there is not too much rust on his power stroke. Jasson Domínguez had rejoined the major league roster and started New York’s most recent game on September 6, but it now appears that will have been a brief cameo as Judge reclaims his territory.
