Free agent signings Andrew Cashner (RHP, TEX) and Tyson Ross (RHP, TEX) join a collection of SPs that already includes recent TJS recoverees Yu Darvish and Martín Pérez, and both newcomers would appear to add to the Rangers' risk and durability questions.
