Will an offseason effort to shore up a suspect bottom of the rotation pay dividends? Free agent signings Andrew Cashner (RHP, TEX) and Tyson Ross (RHP, TEX) join a collection of SPs that already includes recent TJS recoverees Yu Darvish and Martín Pérez, and both newcomers would appear to add to the Rangers' risk and durability questions. They project to fill out the #4-5 spots at the bottom of the rotation, but there's plenty of reason for skepticism.
