GM's OFFICE: BHQ staff survey, July 2016 edition

Back in March, we turned to the wisdom our entire staff to crowd-source our annual Draft Radar Alerts. That experiment was so well-received that we did it again in May. With the All-Star Break looming this weekend, we felt this week was a good time to run our third survey of the season.

Matching the structure of our May survey, this edition starts out with a series of questions about the 2nd-half outlook for various first-half "studs" and "duds". Then, for the second part of the survey, we pull together some playing time or team-context questions focused on some potentially unsettled situations that might be exploitable opportunities in our fantasy pennant races.
