When he was in charge of the site, one of Ron Shandler's annual season-ending columns was "When good projections go bad," an annual exercise that served as a warts-and-all look at the hits and misses between our pre-season projections and actual results.
In the spirit of Ron's annual exercise, this week we'll sort through this year's outlier performances and place them into the appropriate buckets, and maybe take a few new looks at the just-concluding season as well.
