GM's OFFICE: Memorial Day staff survey, 2021

As we like to do periodically, this week we prepared a survey for our staff. The first section covers their Fact or Fluke reactions to a bunch of hot and cold starts to 2021 (like Luis Castillo, pictured above). Next, we hit them with a series of team-context questions relating to what they expect will happen over the balance of the season.

The results from our 25+ respondents are interesting as ever. Enjoy them, enjoy your long weekend (hopefully it includes watching a few games), and keep grinding! There's still two-thirds of the season still to be played (and how good does that sound after last year?), so this is no time to take your foot off the gas.
