MINORS: 2019 NCAA names to know

Fantasy owners in deep dynasty/keeper formats need to keep a close eye on collegiate talent as a way to stay ahead. Recent cases in point: Casey Mize (RHP, DET) and Nick Madrigal (2B, CHW) mentioned in this space last year, and both players landed solidly in our HQ100 prospect list from last month. In addition, this column gave you advance notice on talents like Nick Senzel and Brandon McKay in years past.

This season, it's the weakest crop of college arms we’ve seen in years. As for the bats, Vaughn and Rutchman have big upside with high floors, followed by a list of players tough to order.
