MINORS: The eyes have it—Columbus, Toledo, Great Lakes, West Michigan

I'm fortunate to live in the Midwest where there are a large number of minor league teams across various leagues. Over the course of this season, I will share several observations about prospects that I see in person as well as notes I gather from scouts in attendance. Some of the prospects I've seen multiple times. Of course, it would be irresponsible to come to final conclusions based upon one game, but there a variety of credible observations one can make.
