MINORS: The Eyes have it—Winker & Shipley

Even the best prospects struggle. In an industry fueled by breakout performances and hype, struggle is explained through excuse. Either a prospect is struggling to adapt, dealing with physical limitations, working through mechanical issues or adding something new to his skill set. Struggle can be a teaching tool in development, but that doesn't mean it can be ignored. It is often a precursor to bigger problems.
