Yanquiel Fernandez (OF, COL) is giving anguishing Rockies fans a glimmer of hope as the big league club is once again suffering through another dismal season. The 20-year-old was signed out of Cuba for $295,000 in 2019 and had a solid full-season debut in 2022, but few saw this kind of breakout coming. A quick start for High-A Spokane earned him a recent promotion to Double-A and on the year, Fernandez is hitting .310/.349/.581 with 15 doubles and 18 home runs. Fernandez...
