MINORS: League leaders in the lower minors

A great deal of attention is focused on the upper minors when mining for prospects who could impact major league teams in the short-term. Meanwhile, the lower minors doesn't receive nearly as much coverage, despite terrific performances from players who are legitimate Top 15 prospects and others who fly under the radar.

A look at league leaderboards is an efficient way to track prospects, but it is just as important to review the scouting reports for these players. Let's stroll through the leaderboards in the two full-season Low-A leagues and focus attention on some players that you've likely heard of—and others worth taking note of.
