MINORS: September call-ups with impact potential

As big league clubs prepare to expand their rosters, we take a look at potential September call-ups with enough upside to make a fantasy impact. Unfortunately, many elite prospects have already been called up and have been snapped up in most leagues. Of our pre-season top twenty prospects, eleven are already in the majors, two are out with injury, and three more are most likely too young to be called-up. That leaves just four of our top twenty as potential impact call-ups.
Nevertheless, fantasy owners fortunate enough to be in contention for league titles can still find rookies who will make an impact in September. The single biggest determining factor will be playing time. The most talented prospect in the world isn’t going to do you...
