MINORS: Video Looks: Cade Horton & Chase Petty

A pair of former first round pitchers with nasty stuff have recently been added to the Midwest League. The Cubs promoted Cade Horton from their Single-A affiliate about a month ago. Around the same time, the Reds activated Chase Petty from the injured list and assigned him to Dayton, their Midwest League affiliate. In their respective draft classes, one was a college standout, the other was an exciting prep arm. Both went in the first round and now both find themselves battling it out in High-A.
