BATTERS: 2019 Sleepers

Let's try to find the most appealing breakout targets by looking at highly-skilled bats who earned modest value in 2018.

This same exercise last year pointed owners to guys like Matt Chapman (3B, OAK), Ozzie Albies (2B, ATL), and José Martínez (1B/RF, STL).
