BATTERS: 2020 Short-season targets, AL

There are many ways to target batters during a short-season league. One is to put added value on players with durability concerns, since their risk of injury might be less over a shorter time horizon. Another is to put a premium on high-durability players, because at-bats are even more important to collect and more difficult to replace in a season that's one-third as long as normal.

Here, let's target batters that flashed good skills over less than a full season in 2019.
