BATTERS: BA/xBA under- and over-performers

Over the past six weeks or so, the Batter Buyers Guide has focused on identifying value in various areas using BPIs. With one-third of the season in the books, it seems like a good time to dig deeper into BA results. We will do so by isolating extreme positive and negative BA/xBA discrepancies in an effort to identify which players are under-performing, and which are over-performing.
