BATTERS: Early 2021 speculations

Our last Batters Buyers Guide column of the regular season will help you identify some early 2021 speculative targets.

Here are a bunch of guys with major league experience in each league who could be in store for even better returns in 2021.
 

AMERICAN LEAGUE

Michael Brosseau (1B/3B/2B, TAM) is showing flashes that suggest he could be an everyday contributor in 2021. He has posted an upper-tier 125 HctX and 149 xPX in 2020. His 9.3% barrel rate has more than doubled since 2019, and he has gained nearly 5.0 mph of exit velocity. Brosseau's walk rate has almost doubled as well. If he can trim his strikeouts (65% ct%) a bit, Brosseau could take a nice step forward in 2020.
